We’re seeking a community-minded and creative Project Officer with a hands-on approach to support and deliver place-based initiatives that bring our public spaces to life. This role will primarily support local community-led events, facilitate civic storytelling, and coordinate grants and partnerships that enhance local identity and social connection across the City of Charles Sturt.About You: You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy turning ideas into action and working side-by-side with communities to shape places people love. The team also create exceptional place-making experiences and implement equitable community open space projects to contribute to a rich, vibrant, and inclusive City. The Detail: The position is offered on a part-time, fixed term basis until 30 June 2026, working 45 hours per fortnight (0.6FTE) and is classified at Level 5, with a salary range of $103,798 to $108,265 per annum (pro-rata) + Super + Annual Leave Loading.A current unprohibited Working with Children Check must be maintained for the duration of the employment period in this prescribed position.
